Avokado och keso \u00e4r kalla i sitt temperament d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ska det kombineras med varma r\u00e5varor s\u00e5som valn\u00f6tter, olivolja, mynta och honung f\u00f6r att neutralisera temperamenten i salladen. Honung \u00e4r en muslih som neutraliserar avokado medan valn\u00f6tter \u00e4r muslih till keso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><br>100 g sallad av valfri sort<br>1 st avokado<br>1\/2 dl keso<br>1\/2 dl valn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5s:<br>2 msk olivolja<br>1 msk citronsaft<br>1 tsk torkad mynta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsk honung<br>Havssalt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skala och dela avokado i sm\u00e5 bitar. Blanda alla ingredienserna. I salladen anv\u00e4ndes fris\u00e9, ros\u00e9 och m\u00e2che men man kan blanda som man vill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e5s:<\/strong> blanda alla ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver salladen.
