Det finns m\u00e5nga andra goda k\u00e4llor till kalium, men b\u00f6nor har flera kvalit\u00e9er bland annat att de har l\u00e5ngsamma kolhydrater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer ett recept p\u00e5 en enkel och god soppa med vita b\u00f6nor. Soppan \u00e4r m\u00e4ttande och har varm mizaj med varma kryddor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 portioner<br><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><br>400 g kokta vita b\u00f6nor<br>150 g krossade tomater<br>1 gul l\u00f6k<br>1 morot<br>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor\/ 1 tsk riven ingef\u00e4ra<br>2 tsk paprikapulver<br>1 tsk gurkmeja<br>1 msk allkrydda<br>Ca 1 liter vatten<br>Havssalt och svartpeppar<br>Olja till stekning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><br>Hacka l\u00f6k och morot i t\u00e4rningar och finhacka eller riv vitl\u00f6k. Hetta upp olja och stek l\u00f6ken glansig. Tills\u00e4tt morot, vitl\u00f6k och stek lite till. V\u00e4nd i b\u00f6nor, krossade tomater, vatten och blanda. L\u00e5t koka upp, smaka av med salt och peppar. L\u00e5t soppan puttra under lock i ca 25-30 min. Sp\u00e4d eventuellt ut med vatten vid behov. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
