Om du inte gillar smaken av den vackra korsblommiga gr\u00f6nsaken kommer h\u00e4r n\u00e5gra saker s\u00e5 du kanske blundar f\u00f6r smaken och ser det fr\u00e5n en positiv vinkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blomk\u00e5l har m\u00e5nga B-vitaminer (B1, B2, B3, B6 och folsyra), C, K och E. Den har dessutom m\u00e5nga viktiga mineraler, inklusive kalcium, magnesium, fosfor, kalium och mangan. M\u00e4ngden fett \u00e4r minimal, och ut\u00f6ver protein \u00e4r den rik p\u00e5 fibrer och omega 3-fettsyror. Oftast \u00e4r gr\u00f6nsaker och frukter f\u00e4rgstarka eller \u00e4r likadana i utseende, antingen runda eller avl\u00e5nga men just blomk\u00e5l \u00e4r en av favoritgr\u00f6nsaker med dess vita f\u00e4rg och unika utseende ger den en k\u00e4nsla av ro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blomk\u00e5l har en varm och torr mizaj. Dess muslih \u00e4r bland annat gurkmeja, svartpeppar och timjan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 portioner<br><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><br>250 g blomk\u00e5l<br>1 dl havregryn<br>6 dl vatten<br>2 dl havredryck<br>1 tsk gurkmeja<br>1 tsk timjan<br>1 tsk svartpeppar<br>2 msk allkrydda<br>1 msk olivolja<br>Havssalt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><br>Sk\u00f6lj och dela blomk\u00e5len i bitar. Koka upp vattnet och l\u00e4gg i blomk\u00e5len. L\u00e5t det koka mjukt i ca 10 min. Tills\u00e4tt havregryn och l\u00e5t det sm\u00e5koka i ytterligare 5 min. Krydda med gurkmeja, timjan och allkrydda. Mixa soppan till en sl\u00e4t pur\u00e9. Blanda i havredryck. L\u00e5t soppan sjuda i ca 10 min. Smaka av med svartpeppar och salt.
