Sk\u00f6lj av selleri och sk\u00e4r i sm\u00e5 bitar. Koka upp vatten i en kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt&nbsp;havregryn, olivolja och gurkmeja. L\u00e5t det koka i ca 5 min p\u00e5 medel v\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt mor\u00f6tter och sellerin. L\u00e5t det koka en stund tills de mjuknar. Tills\u00e4tt majrovor och l\u00e5t det sm\u00e5koka i ca 15 min eller tills det mjuknar. Tills\u00e4tt hackad persilja och l\u00e5t soppan sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ytterligare 15 min. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
