Vill man ha en vegetariskt r\u00e4tt \u00e4r det bara till att utesluta k\u00f6ttet. Linsgryta \u00e4r sn\u00e4ll mot magen och nyttig. Linser \u00e4r varmt rekommenderade d\u00e5 de mjuknar hj\u00e4rtat.<\/p>\n<p>Under fastan \u00f6kar kroppstemperaturen, varf\u00f6r det \u00e4r bra att \u00e4ta kalla r\u00e4tter. Ingredienserna i denna gryta \u00e4r mestadels av kall natur men har balanserats delvis genom till\u00e4gg av lammf\u00e4rs och kryddor som \u00e4r av varm natur.
