B\u00f6rja med att koka b\u00f6nsorterna var f\u00f6r sig p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills de har tillagats ordentligt men se till att de inte kokas s\u00f6nder.<\/p>\n<p>Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Bryn l\u00f6ken i olja tills det f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttet och forts\u00e4tt fr\u00e4sa lite till. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t det st\u00e5 och sm\u00e5puttra en stund. Tills\u00e4tt de kokta b\u00f6norna och l\u00e5t det st\u00e5 en stund till.
